Re: terms of Probation

He must comply with the terms of probation in both cases. Unless the terms of probation in the first case provide for an exception for contact with his children. You should contact his probation officer in the first case about his going to the school or being around his children. At the same time you should file a motion in family court to get a court order for either no visitation or supervised visitation.
