terrorist threatsand armed with a weapon

my question is,

if you get arrested for saying to a person that ''lets take it outside to fight'' is it a threat?nowthe cops say there was weapon found so they took it in for evidence.now the man that called the police has now moved and if he dont go to court what will happen to the other person that got arrested?can the da pick up the case afterwards?by the way the guy in jail is currently on parole also..

It can be considered that, and since you got arrested, I guess the police thought it was.

the man that called the police has now moved and if he dont go to court what will happen to the other person that got arrested?

If he's not there to testify against you, the case may be dismissed.

by the way the guy in jail is currently on parole also..

You are in big trouble. You can be violated on less evidence than they need to convict you of a new case.
