Can I get CD's replaced if they were stolen if have the cases and serial numbers?

If you purchase something, and later it is stolen from you, that isn't normally the fault of the company selling you the item(s) that were stolen.
If you're a home owner or you purchase renter's insurance you might be able to recover the loss from your insruance company. Also if you charged the items on a credit card, the card company may have some insurance that covers the loss of the items shortly after purchase.
