Theft of Private Property
Without consent, if a female gains possession of a male's private property, and places it in her bra. The males retrieves his property. Who is at fault? The female who without consent took the property, or the male who retrieved his property?

They may both have committed crimes. It sounds like the woman committed a theft (perhaps a grand theft, depending upon the value of the stolen property). Depending upon the circumstances, the man may then have committed a battery -- perhaps even a sexual battery -- when he retrieved the stolen item.
