I have bad record but have been out of trouble for 4 years and of probation for 1,I just received a ticket for under one once of pot while fishing,do you think i will be able to get prop 36 with out jail time

Under an ounce of MJ is a maximum of $100 plus penalty assessment, period. No probation, no jail time, no need for Prop 36. And if a doctor recommended it, you skate.
