how much time do i have
felony charges against me were dismissed then refiled two weekslater on aug.3rd. i was arrresred aug.th and arraigned aug.17th. i had my prelim sep.2nd and at that time i was bound over for trial and the judge recommended that an additional charge be added so i had another arrainmenton sept.9th. Now i have a trial scheduled for oct.18th. I have never waived any time so when would the time begin for the sixty days that i am supposed to have a trial

The people have 60 days from the date of arraingment to bring the matter to trial. The 60the day would be either the late Ocotober or early November.
