Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

No Time, No Lawyer,Little Money

I have to be in court on Aug.30,94 at 1:30 and i want to change my plea, from guilty to not guilty. I've been charged with strong armed robbery and have 35 days served. I feel I wasn't guided correctly by my public defender. I need an extention but I was granted one already last month. Thank you I hope you can help.
