If any lawyer can answer that question, they're not an attorney, they're a magician. There are too many variables and facts not known to answer that question in any way, other than to say, the charges are serious, and even possible strikes. You should immediately speak to a qualified attorney in or near your area. David Wallin.

In any criminal case, any sentence depends on many factors. It's not just the charges, but the facts, any prior history, whether it resolves by plea or trial, the jurisdiction and what the defense attorney can do for their client.

The Penal Code sections alone indicate to me that there are potentially two strikes alleged and charges that could result in a state prison sentence of several years as a maximum. That's not to suggest that is what will be imposed, just what the maximum could be based on a quick list of charges.

Only the defense attorney actually handling the case can tell you more, since they have access to all the necessary documents.
