If time has not been waived for trial, but has been for the prelim, how long can the prelim be continued?

A defendant has a right to a preliminary hearing within 10 court days. Ifntheybeaive that, they have a right to a prelim within 60 calendar days. If they waive that, they have a right to a prelim within a "reasonable" period of time.
