If 5 grams is deemed to be a saleable amount. You might not be eligible for drug rehabilitation. You've got to tell us more information to give you some idea of what you're looking at. However, you'll probably be looking at rehabilitation.

Unfortunately, I would need to know more in order to give you a better answer. For example, I would need to know if you are in state or federal court. Also, I would need to know if you have any priors and was there a weapon found close to where the drugs were found? Do you know what you are charged with? Is it mere possession, or possession for sales, or transportation or all of them?
