The time that is written on the ticket should be the time they pulled me out of the vehcile or the time i did the breathalyzer?

Look at what that box says it is. It probably says time of stop. In any case, an error as to the time and even day will have no effect on the case.

The ticket really doesn't matter.
The officer will write a report, which will include a detailed timeline starting at the initial traffic stop, including the time of any tests.
