If you are a passanger in an auto accident and the driver was under the influnce of alcohol, is it legal for you to leave the scene. No one was injured, but was damege to a fence.

I am not aware of any law that requires a passenger of a vehicle involved in a DUI or other accident to remain on the scene. You do not even have to rescue or assist anyone unless you otherwise have a duty to protect them (such as a parent or child).
