What does this mean? transcript which will remain sealed.

Knowing where this came from would be helpful, but it appears that a previous judge's order to seal a document (or portion of a document) remains in effect. Either the party that made a motion to unseal the document lost or it's a standard, ongoing order by the court that whatever is under seal remains that way.
