Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

how can I get the transcripts regarding the sentencing of my sons case P14PRF0069 he is in solono prision and has asked ,me to obtain these his attorney has no time he says to get these records my son was given a plea to take a felony and no second strike but upon arriving at the prision his paperwork says 2nd striker the da was considering a second strike but his lawyer and her struck a plea jwhich my son accepted and the judge sentenced to the terms of that plea I need to see those records to see why they sent down paperwork saying second striker he was never advised of that and the plea was given and the judge ruled on the felony no second stricke

Contact the court and obtain the name of the court reporter. You will need to know the case number, date and time of sentencing. You may be able to obtain this information on line.
