Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I am a transient registered sex offender under pc290. recently, california parole imposed a policy forbidding transient 290's from spending any more than 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours at night in any 1 address. instead they want us to wander the streets in over 100 degree weather. how can they legally justify this?!

I have not heard of such a requirement, and it sounds implausible. Where did you hear about it? My sense is that it's not true.
