Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
traveling while on Bail
If you are awaiting a court hearing for charges brought against you by better Business Bureau in the auto industry/repair/body shop, and you are out on bail--did not have to pay for any bond; but are out based on your own recognizance. Can you travel within U.S. especially to Hawaii? How about taking a cruise to the Bahamas or Ensenada--(I guess this would be considered out of the Country?)

Re: traveling while on Bail
Your ability to travel without violating the terms of your release on OR will depend upon the terms of your OR release. Check with the OR probation officer responsible for you.
