How long before trial, does the attorney for the defendant have to turn over her trial briefs to the opposing Attorney. what is the legal timing on Trial briefs being turned over?

In criminal matters, there is no obligation to prepare or turn over any trial briefs. Parties are obligated to disclose their witnesses or any other evidence they intend to present at trial 30 days in advance or at the time ordered by the judge. No requirement for any trial briefs.
