Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I have never been in trouble with the law before and I was arrested on criminal charges, after spending 3 days in jail I wanted out. I was told if i signed a paper to plea out I could be released. I did not know that i was pleaing to charges that would cause me to lose my job. I have tried to withdraw my plea and was denied. I now lost my job and my family is homeless. What can I do\? What are my options for an appeal?

Depending on the charges, the date of the plea, and what you signed it may either be too late to appeal, or you may have waived your appeal.

I would need more information, such as dates, charges, and what you signed, to provide you with a definitive answer.
