Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
i got in trouble at my previous employment for embezzlement and conspiracy that going to lead to felony charge. My new employment found out and that they knew someone from the previous employment and I was wondering what can i do to lead to felony charge. I pretty worried about it, because I cant afford the attorney fees. These is my first time getting in trouble with the law.

If you cannot afford an attorney, you would apply at the arraignment (first court appearance) for the Public Defender to be appointed to represent you. Good luck!
Rule one is don't talk to anyone about the allegations. If your employer or anyone else asks tell them that you were told by a lawyer (me) not to talk about it.
Second you might go into the Public Defender's office and see if they can help you before the arraignment.
