Is it true that a new law was passed atating that the courts cannnot order u to go to aa/na meetings due to it being against your religious beliefs?

I've not heard anything regarding a new law. However, I've requested secular alcohol programs on behalf of my clients who have trouble with the religious aspect of AA.
