Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I have to turn myself in and do 352 days for 2 vop's and never doing my 180 days of community service. Which I have never been reinstated for. I have a great job and I don't want to lose it. My public pretender is of no help and I don't think the judge has a clue about me having a job or bettering myself. How do I try to stay out of jail? Is it too late to get a lawyer?
