unable to pay fines, fees

I was given PC1000 and at the current time unemployed, If I can't pay the fees could I go to jail, if so, how much time could I get, and would I still have to do the program.

You will need to talk to your attorney and have him/her see if the court will waive your fees for the home monitoring program.

You should immediately contact your attorney, assuming that you have an attorney, and request that the matter be placed on calendar. If you do not have an attorney contact the court clerk and request that the matter be placed on calendar, explain to the clerk that you want to request that the court modify the terms of your probation.

Before you go to court obtain proof that you have attempted to get employment or why you are unable to get employment, due to a medical condition.

Also have information regarding your income from any source and your current living expenses.

Then explain to the court that you cannot afford to pay the fees for the diversion program and request that the fees be either waived or reduced.
