Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
unauthorized card use
I had eyelash extensions put in and when they all fell out I returned to the business and asked for a refund. The girl behind the desk credited my card and I left. A few minutes after I left the store owner found out and without my permission used my card number to void the transaction taking away my refund. Is this legal? What do I do?
