Underage Dating and Sex
My son who is 19 is dating a girl who is either 16 or 17 (not sure of her age since they conceal it). There is evidence that they are having sex. What are the laws on this?

If she is under 18 she cannot legally consent to having sex. Having sex with her is a crime and since is his over 18 he will be treated as an adult.
