i am currently charged w/ awd out on bail and would like to know how many xs a supposed victim tht has a sister that is a secretary 4 a superior court judge and anoher realative that is a probate lawyer and aperson that is being accused of awd no dna on or around said incident or on alleged weapon the victim'' has been subpoeaned 2x no show my investigator made contact W/ me&eye witness because we called he made face2face contactw/victim'' who then shouted witnesses words at him this is aperson that is allowed to vandalize apt. complexes 4 the past 5 yars and spend the coins at stores that know where it comes from what r my options as i did not do this crime his girlfriend is the one that made calls to da repeatedly hissois also the one on fel probation and vandalized my then home report w/ witnesses taken noaction taken by po-police?? the supposedd victimadmitted on the police report that he tried to forcehis way in2 my home ,he was intoxicated yet still not assulted by me previously his so had himmbeat up unconciuous and she kicked him which was observed by my son and other witness i feel like he is able to commit a crime by having me wrongly accused and i am nothing without$$ alittle guideance please?
