unlawful detainer?

If a bailbondsman is hired and you are told that your court dates will be provided to you, or that the current date will change as soon as the bond is posted, and they are not provided, and do not change. even after a call is made inquiring about the new date, and the bail company fails to provide any date and seems unconcerned. and essentially a warrant is issued,( a no bail warrant) who is responsible?

There is no one to sue and it is your responsibility to deal with it by showing up in court yourself, preferably with a lawyer. Under certain circumstances, a lawyer alone could take care of it for you.

If someone else screwed up or otherwise you have a pretty good excuse why you missed the original court date, warrant will be recalled and the fact of your no show by itself will not be held against you. That is it.
