Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
When i was in v. S, p. W for women, i wanted to go to firecamp and had a hold out of a different county, i sent the 1381 and had it cleared and wenttocamp. I was released and 1 yr later i was arrested on a misdeamenor. When i was arraigned i was told i had a failure toappear for the same case. When i spoke to my lawyer and explained my situation she said my 1?81 did not cover felonies. Is thatpossible?

1381 absolutely covers felonies.
Without seeing the paperwork, I can't guess what happened. Talk to your current lawyer about this - or get a new lawyer.
