Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Valid Criminal Subpoena, Fresno CA

Is a subpoena considered valid if it delivered via regular mail and is not signed, it only has a printed text stating given under my hand and the name of the person issuing the subpoena, again in printed text no signature?

No. A criminal court subpoena must be personally served. The subpoena is either stamped and signed by the clerk of the court or signed by the attorney. In either case it must be personally served or it is invalid.
