So if you want to hope it goes away, you can....but you risk being caught off guard, and without an attorney, and therefore you are far more likely to say or do the wrong thing, and be charged with a criminal offense. you can also choose to get a lawyer, and play it safe, with a much lower chance of being charged.......You're call......I wish you well.........David
