Is verbal harassment between 2 parties a legal standing for an arrest on a fourth waver?

I'm not following this post. Some other attorney may "get" your question and answer. Otherwise, re-post with more details. What is the issue? What happened? When did the things happen? What is happening now to prompt you to post? What is your precise question? What is your role in this? Are you on probation? For what? Since when?
It sounds as if you are asking if a verbal fight is a violation on probation with a 4th Amendment waiver, but that does not make sense, not to me anyway, not as stated. Good luck!
