I am not sure if your question is if you are going to be arrested for your actions or the mistress for her actions.

For your actions, has the police contacted you, if they do, don't say anthing without your attorney with you.

If you desire the mistress to be arrested then contact the police and report the incident.

It is best to avoid the mistress and the the whole and do not take any actions or the law into your own hands. Move away with your family until things get under control and protect your daughters.

Most wives would not just let it go without so much as a Heavens to Betsy. But is there a question here. I would Google for [kevlar undies].

Re: Verbal threat on cell pphone

Well, it sounds like your question is more like a statement that you have realized you should not threaten her with physical harm again, if indeed that is what you did in the first place. A mere threat over the phone in the heat of the moment, even if you do not intend to carry it out, can lead to felony terrorist threat charges. Be smart.
