Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I was a victim in a domestic dispute with my boyfriend. He is currently incarcerated facing a spousal abuse charge which carries a felony charge in California. I was trying to avoid the subpoena but was found at work by the server. I still don't want to go to court but they have threatned to put out a warrant for my arrest. Will they come to look for me if I don't show up in court? Meaning will they show up at my job or home?
