Can the d.A. Use a video tape from a bussiness next door to where an hit and run accured ?Is that against your constitutional rights?

Your question isn't entirely clear, but I presume you are asking about a surveillance video that happens to show the accident. I see no reason why such a tape couldn't be used. What constitutional right do you think you have that would be violated by the use of such a tape?
