Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Violating Parole
I begged my boyfriend to go to Mexico with me. He did but when we got back he was detained and arrested for violating his parole. on the side note of his record it said felony. I just want to know with a violtion like that how long do they go back in for? 3 or 4 months ago he was released after an 8 year sentence. I don't know the details of what he did. But I can't talk to him because they have him in Lock Down and I don't know what's going to happen to him or how long he's going in for.
