client needs to change venue b/c judge will not allow another extension to complete drug diversion. How to change venue on this basis an get an extension for a future attorney to read coprehend and prepare defense

It's probably not possible to change venue at this point. You might be stuck. Consult with a criminal lawyer in your area for more information.
