I help him do most everything I run my own internet based. I have been clean for almost 4 years I need to know what I should bring to court or give to my attorney so I have a chance of being released after my araingment. Please tell me where to begin letters? documents? references? sponsor? What is crucial that I may need to properly defend my self.

Re: Violation of probation
If you have an attorney, you really should give your attorney this question to answer. He or she probably knows your situation best.
The key thing that a judge at a probation violation is looking for is RESPONSIBILITY.
If you have a drug problem, admit it and get help BEFORE the court orders you to do so. If you can pay your fines, do so. If you have a clean test now, present it.
If you can show that you are RESPONSIBLE to others, such as your husband, your business employees, your family, you have a job, school, that all helps also.
Thanks, and best of luck to you.
