Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Violation of Restraining Order under false identity

After two complaints bringing an offensive verbal abuser before the courts, the fisrt time no order issued as the judge asked and received his word to desist; within a week continuation called him into court again yet before a different ''judge'', actually a commissioner who would not commit yet issued collateral restraints to both parties, myself the plantiff being one of those parties. Now after 6 months it starts again under the guise of e-mails property of his grandmother, yet unsigned. I can likely follow those e-mails to the physical address of his own residence. Can I sue for slander (or libel)in that he has made accusations to my character and activity?

Michael Stone, El Segundo, CA was our last and only contact through law guru and plan to retain him, so please funnel this to him. Sincerely, --
