Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I was visiting my boyfriend in prison and stop before entering due to suspicious of contraband i may have on me they searched me and found tobacco and in car a glass pipe which i wasn't aware was there my sis had used my. Car the nite before and forgot it in there iwas charged 503.1/11014.5/11377(a)and they scrapped the residue frm pipe. So what am i looking at in. Court

There is a pretty large range of potential sentences, or punishment, on any case. That range is based on the current charges, which may or may not stay on the record.

Even with access to all the alleged facts (which we don't have here,) there is no set "what will happen" in any case .... otherwise, there would be no profession such as the one we're in.

The best advice I can give is to hire an experienced attorney who regularly practices in the court where your case will be heard. Good luck!
