On parole I am aware that I am not able to vote. I am in question to when, if ever, will I be able to vote.

Re: voting on parole

California Election Code states that a person entitled to register to vote shall be a United States citizen, a resident of California, not in prison or on parole for the conviction of a felony, and at least 18 years of age at the time of the next election.

Hope you discharge in time for the November election (unless, of course, you happen to be a Republican--just kidding--ok, no I wasn't). Good luck. Let's get your voice heard!

In California, you can vote as soon as you are discharged from parole.
