Forth Waiver

Does the forth waiver have to be in the home if being searched? Also if the forth waiver lives with people who arnt forth waivers do the police have the right to come in to that home with out anyone knowing?

You meant the 4th amendment. Without a search warrant or exigent circumstances the search is illegal
