Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I wanted to know what are some plea bargains I can advise my public defender to give the DA regarding my case? I have been accused of 1st degree robbery,grand theft auto, The witness to this case is stating she never saw my face but the back of me leaving her home. there offering me two years prison without a strike, or one year in county jail with a strike and probation?
