Warrant Issued

I did not turn in my completed community service court papers when they were apparently due, an obvious misunderstanding on my behalf. I was told to be beack in court in December and that's when I planned on turning in my completed paperwork. A warrant was issued for me and I found out accidently. I was in the neighborhood where the court was so I figured since I was there I would go ahead and drop off the paper - this is when I found out. Will the judge be sympathetic to this oversight? Or should I be very conerned? It really was an honest mistake and my classes were completed by the deadline. The community stood

The answer depends upon the judge and the local policy. Generally the court will accept one mistake without a penalty.
