The police would only obtain a warrant based on "probable cause", for a judge to sign the warrant. You being in the home is better, but, by no means does that mean that law enforcement isn't pursuing you. Never speak with law enforcement, before you have spoken to an expert criminal defense firm. If the police or the prosecutor thinks you are linked to possession of the drugs, they can charge you and get a warrant even if you weren't present when the drugs were found.

For now, keep your mouth shut and contact an attorney. Even if no charges are filed, you're better off consulting with somebody and finding a good lawyer so you aren't scrambling if/when charges are filed.
