If you do not report ther will be a warrant issued. the best way to handle your case is get a lawyer and do a motion to modify your sentence. Go to www.bestlegaldefense.com for more information
Re: Warrant
You want to break your promise to the court to turn yourself in. Then, you want to promise the court that, if they let you serve time on weekends, you will come back each weekend. Don't you get it that, after you break your first promise, the court won't trust you anymore?? As attorney Ruff says, if you have a problem with your sentence you can apply to the court to modify it, you have a better shot at this if you use an attorney.
