Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
warrants
If a misdemeanor warrant for violating probation on a PC273A charge has been issued, does it expire? How can one find out information if one has moved away and wants to take care of things without jail. Can fines be substituted for anything?

Warrants do not just go away. You should hire an attorney to help you take care of this situation.
