Warrants as they relate to DUI and court ordered programs
How do you find out if an unpaid fine has gone to warrant, and does failure to complete a court ordered alcohol diversion program in the specified time frame cause a warrant to be issued.

Failure to Complete Class = Warrant

Yes, if you do not complete a court ordered diversion program with the specified time a warrant is normally issued and theoriginal sentence is imposed.
You can find out by calling the clerk of the courtwhere you were sentenced to the diversion program. S/hewill be able to tell you the status of the case if you provide him/herwith the case number.
