A year ago I got into trouble in Bakersfield California for being under the influence of meth and since i had my son in another room they also gave me willful cruelty to a child the courts knew i went to Oregon and had no problem i had to go to drug classes up here i recently had a court date for EXCLUSION DEJ - PC 1210.1 ELIGIBILITY and i had no transportation to court so i didn't go if i get stopped for any reason can or will they extradite me from Oregon?

If your failure to appear resulted in a bench warrant being issued, and the warrant was placed in the interstate warrant system, you could be arrested. Whether or not the warrant is placed in the system would depend upon the Kern County policy for such offenses.
