IF it is a misdemeanor warrant, then I or another lawyer may appear on your behalf. If it is a felony warrant, then I would suggest notifying the court that you are going to appear from out of state so as to get a report from the probation department for recommendations on how to settle the matter. Contact me directly.
Re: .warrents
I recommend retaining a lawyer to deal with the matter beforehand, with the court and the DA's office. You want to avoid surprises, such as being unexpectedly remanded to jail when you show up to deal with it. If it is a misdemeanor warrant, your presence might not be necessary at all.
