Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I was at the web the other night gambling and a sheriff came walking in. 20 min go by and my friend and I were getting ready to leave and a sheriff walked up behind us and put me in cuffs for no reason is this legal on private property?

It depends on whose "private" property it is. You mention this place the "web" like it is a club. You are not clear as to whether you were on the internet on your own property, or in public, or at someone else's residence. I suggest that you speak to an attorney in private, and provide that attorney with more detail than you set forth here.
