Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
If you have a welfare fraud case and you are unable to pay it off because you cant get a job cause it is a felony what can you do this case is over 10 years old but you are still on porbation because of this, what can you do?

Your question doesn't make sense. Nobody can be on probation for ten years in California. The maximum term of probation is five years, even if it is extended to give more time to pay restitution.
If you violated probation, time on probation is tolled, which means the click stops running and the time from revocation to reinstatement doesn't count against the term of probation. However, you can't be violated for failing to pay restitution if you genuinely can't afford it.
You really need advice from someone who can look up the specifics of your case. If you were represented by the public defender, start by contacting their office.
